Shenzhen YJCen Technology CO.,Ltd was founded in 2012 and manufactures commercial LCD displays and self-service kiosk hardware. Our factory in China covers more than 5,000 square metres.

Comprehensive Quality Inspection

Before shipment, every product undergoes visual inspection, electrical and functional testing, including a 72-hour ageing test. A product test report documents the checks completed before dispatch.

Our quality inspection process covers incoming material inspection, first-article sign-off, in-process checks, aging tests and final inspection, with documented records throughout the process.

Pre-sale Service

Send us your screen size, installation conditions, system requirements and quantity. Our team reviews the hardware configuration and provides a quotation.

After-Sale Service

We supply replacement parts and instructions to customers who can carry out repairs. If the customer cannot repair the unit, we arrange a replacement unit.

Warranty Coverage and Shipping

All products have a 3-year warranty, excluding user-caused damage and faults caused by improper screen installation. During the warranty period, YJCEN covers all after-sales shipping costs, regardless of region or cause of the fault.

Installation and Use

Product manuals explain installation and operation. Customers can follow these instructions for most setup and day-to-day tasks.

Pre-shipment Test Reports

We provide product test reports before shipment, documenting the equipment checks carried out before dispatch.

Ongoing Technical Support

We normally respond within 24 hours, with staff on duty during holidays. Technical guidance remains free after the 3-year warranty; the customer then pays for spare parts, shipping and repairs.
