This project involved the deployment of two 27-inch floor-standing self-service ordering terminals for a restaurant chain in North Macedonia, facilitating a digital service upgrade. Powered by the Windows operating system and featuring high-sensitivity touchscreens, the devices support a full range of self-service functions, including ordering, payment, and queue ticketing.
The hardware platform provides comprehensive software integration interfaces, allowing the client to independently integrate and customize business software—such as POS systems and payment gateways—to ensure seamless connectivity with the restaurant’s existing management systems. The floor-standing design saves valuable floor space, while the intuitive user interface effectively alleviates queuing pressure during peak hours, thereby enhancing the customer dining experience and operational efficiency.
